Adeline Wong Bio

Adeline Wong is the Head of Human Capital in the BPEA EQT team. Adeline worked for BPEA from 2016 until 2022, when the company joined forces with EQT and was renamed BPEA EQT. Prior to joining BPEA, Adeline was previously a member of the Leadership Advisory team at Spencer Stuart, where she advised various types of organizations on their critical leadership issues such as leadership selection, capability development and succession planning. Prior to that, Adeline was the Head of Operations and People Development of Booz & Company, Greater China, where she focused on a wide range of talent related agenda – talent acquisition, performance management, people and organizational development. Adeline holds a B.S. with Honors in Biochemistry and Psychology from the University of Iowa and a M.S. in Biotechnology from Northwestern University. She also received a Certificate in Business Administration and Management from the Harvard Extension School.
