Ian Wood Bio

Ian is Head of the Investment Team, responsible for managing our team of investment professionals. He is also an active investor, leads our origination in the TMT sector, and sits on our Management, Investment and ESG Committees. He has worked on several notable investments including Delinian, Sepura, Audiotonix and Hollywood Bowl. Before joining Epiris in 2012, Ian spent two years at GCP Capital and eight years at Silverfleet Capital focusing on mid-market UK and European buyouts. Prior to that, he worked at Deloitte in corporate finance and at Andersen in the financial restructuring team.
