Bob Burchfield Bio

Bob has 30 years of experience in IT leadership within the food industry. Much of that time has been in PE-backed organizations, where he led IT integrations through numerous acquisitions and divestitures. Most recently, he was VP of Information Technology for West Madison Foods, a fresh carve-out that required the build-out of IT staff, infrastructure, and systems from zero during a short TSA. Before that, he was Chief Information Officer for Hearthside Food Solutions. Alongside the founding leadership team, he led IT through multiple iterations as the company rapidly grew to $4B in only 13 years, completing multiple IT and ERP integrations. The addition of Bob is part of e2p's dedication to having a world-class team that includes seasoned experts whose contributions provide exceptional value to our portfolio companies. Bob earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
