Robert Harper Bio

Prior to joining Enlightenment, Rob was a Vice President at AE Industrial Partners, where he focused on originating, executing, and monitoring investments in the Aerospace, Defense, & Government Services sectors. He was previously an Engagement Manager at Booz & Co., leading project teams serving Aerospace and Defense clients. He began his career at the Council on Foreign Relations and worked for the U.S. Department of State in Afghanistan. He received his BA in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has a Top-Secret security clearance.
