David Prendergast Bio

Mr. Prendergast is a Principal at Enhanced Healthcare Partners. Prior to joining Enhanced, Mr. Prendergast was a Vice President of Business Development at Waud Capital Partners, identifying investment opportunities within the firm’s healthcare services vertical. Prior to Waud Capital Partners, he served as a Vice President at Great Point Partners, where he focused on healthcare, and more specifically, outsourced provider services, payor services, dental, HCIT and distribution businesses. Mr. Prendergast began his career as an associate at Summit Partners. Mr. Prendergast received a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
