Miguel de Arrese Bio

Miguel is general partner and leads de management of the Real Estate fund. He founded with Juan Carlos Eneas Advisory. Has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy advisory in buyouts and operational reorganization of public and private entities. During 5 years, he leads the purchase and management of distress real estate assets, through Eneas distress Asset Management. Has experience in shopping’s centers, retail, and management and development of land for residential and commercial use. Miguel holds a bachelor’s degree by Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, excellence award by the Royal School of Mines and the Imperial College of London. Also holds an Economic and Management Master of energetic companies by Instituto Superior de la Energía and IESE “Cum Laude”. Previously founding Eneas worked in PWC.
