Jon Duffy Bio

Jon is a Director in the Leeds Investment team, having joined Endless in 2015. Jon spends his time identifying and meeting with businesses and assessing how Endless can support them going forwards. Jon focuses on the Consumer sector and whilst at Endless, has worked on a number of our investments including Wonder, VictoriaPlum.com, Carpet & Flooring and Amber Road. Jon started his career with KPMG, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and working in both the Restructuring and Transaction Services teams for just under four years. His main motivation is the opportunity to make a real difference to businesses and their local communities. Working alongside a variety of strong management teams to successfully deliver growth in genuinely interesting and exciting businesses is the most enjoyable part of his job.
