Derek joined Endeavour in 2011. Since that time, he has worked with companies in industrials, consumer, and technology & business services industries. Derek leads the Industrials effort for Endeavour. He currently serves as a board member or observer of Dynamic Aerostructures, Nordic Cold Chain Solutions, Portland Bolt & Manufacturing Company, and The Willamette Valley Company. Prior to Endeavour, Derek was an Associate at Diamond Castle, a middle-market private equity firm in New York. Prior to that, he was an Analyst in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse, in the Financial Sponsors Group. Derek received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Washington. Derek currently resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife.
