Lee Pantuso Bio

Lee joined Encore Consumer Capital in December 2018. She is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and tax preparation functions for all Encore Consumer Capital related entities. Prior to joining Encore, Lee has been the CFO of several venture capital firms as well as two start-ups that she shepherded to successful outcomes. Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Denver. Lee and her husband live in Chicago, IL. Lee is an avid tennis fan and has a goal of attending all four major championships in the next few years.
