Robert Haier Bio

Prior to joining EnCap in 1997, Mr. Haier served in public accounting for 10 years, with the last seven years in the Price Waterhouse Energy Group. As a Senior Manager, Mr. Haier was responsible for providing audit and business advisory services primarily to integrated energy and independent oil and gas companies. Mr. Haier also served in the Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance Group, where he focused on transaction support and investment advisory services. Mr. Haier is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, the Independent Petroleum Association of America and the Houston Producers’ Forum.
