Patrik Johnson Bio

Patrik Johnson is a Partner, based in the London office. Prior to EMK, Patrik was a Partner at Bregal Capital, working alongside Edmund Lazarus, for more than ten years and worked on the investments in Cognita, Mirror Controls International, Danwood, Bluestep and Whittan. Patrik started his career in the financial sponsors team at Credit Suisse First Boston where he advised on and executed leveraged finance transactions for financial sponsors across Europe. A Swedish national, Patrik graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics with a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Financial Management, as well as completed studies at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
