John is a co-founder of EMF Capital Partners and is responsible for the firm’s operations. John also takes an active role in transaction execution and value creation. John started his career in the corporate department of Macfarlanes, one of the leading law firms based in London, where he was involved in numerous private equity, mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions before leaving to establish and run an IT consultancy. He is a practicing solicitor and has considerable experience of corporate/commercial law and operations.
