Marco Gutzeit Bio

As Director, Marco Gutzeit is responsible for developing strategies to sustainably increase the value of portfolio companies. Before joining Elvaston, he spent nearly ten years as a member of the management team of a leading ERP software provider for the chemical and pharmaceutical process industries. In this role, he gained extensive experience in strategic corporate management, initiating and implementing growth programs, and optimizing operational processes. Subsequently, he served as managing director of dibac Software GmbH, a specialized ERP provider for the chemical process industry, where he held overall responsibility for the company’s strategic and operational direction. Marco Gutzeit holds a degree in business administration with a particular focus on controlling, financial management, and strategic corporate management.
