Jennifer has over 10 years of mergers and acquisitions experience and was most recently Vice President, Corporate Development, at Interline Brands, Inc., a $1.2 billion industrial distributor of maintenance, repair and operations products. While at Interline, Jennifer completed the acquisition of Amsan, a $245 million distributor of janitorial and sanitary products, and three follow-on acquisitions in the jan-san space. Prior to Interline, Jennifer worked for Mellon Ventures, a $1.4 billion private equity fund affiliated with Mellon Financial Corporation, where she worked on a variety of transactions primarily in the business services and technology arena. Jennifer served as a board member of USI Energy and was a board observer to several other portfolio companies. Before joining Mellon Ventures, Jennifer worked in investment banking at Robinson-Humphrey, where she focused on sell-side M&A transactions for middle market companies. Jennifer received her Masters of Business Administration from Darden at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University.
