David has over five years of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance experience. Prior to joining Ellipse Capital, David was an Associate with Code Hennessy & Simmons LLC where he worked as a team member on nine completed transactions including five acquisitions in the distribution sector. Before joining CHS, David was employed by Merrill Lynch in the Investment Banking Division. David holds a B.S.B.A. degree from Washington University in St. Louis with majors in Finance and Applied Mathematics.
