E. Adams Miller Bio

Adams Miller is a Principal at Eldridge Industries, providing legal counsel and guidance on deal negotiation, the structuring process, and ongoing investment management. Adams joined Eldridge Industries from Patton Boggs LLP, where he was a partner in the Regulatory, Public Policy and Corporate practice groups. Adams has worked on all aspects of corporate financing, merger and acquisition transactions, bringing deep experience in private equity, regulatory, litigation, policy, corporate structure and governance. He sits on the Board of a number of private companies. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.
