Steven O'neill Bio

Mr. O’Neill is a Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer based in Washington, DC. He previously served as EIG’s Corporate Controller, prior to which he was the Controller for the firm’s Direct Lending platform. Prior to joining EIG in 2016, Steven was a Senior Consultant with CrossCountry Consulting where he provided advisory services to asset management companies including EJF Capital, Midcap Financial, PwC, and Fannie Mae. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate in KPMG Ireland’s financial services practice, advising a wide range of clients across the asset management sector. Mr. O’Neill is a graduate of Queen’s University of Belfast where he received a B.Sc. with Honors in Accounting and is a licensed Chartered Accountant in Ireland.
