Melanie Levy Bio

Ms. Levy is a Managing Director and EIG’s Global Head of Tax. She is also a member of the Valuation Committee. Prior to joining EIG in 2014, Melanie spent 16 years as a tax consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she advised clients in the alternative investments industry on a wide range of issues, including fund structuring and mergers and acquisitions. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics, with honors, and J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an L.L.M in Taxation, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center.
