Charlotte Bates Bio

Ms. Bates is a Vice President and member of the capital development team. Prior to joining EIG in 2023, Ms. Bates was a Senior Vice President with Sera Global, a real assets advisor, where she was responsible for institutional investor coverage across the infrastructure, energy transition and sustainable investing platforms. Previously, Ms. Bates spent nearly six years with Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) focusing on capital raising and fund formation. Before MIRA, she was an Investment Specialist at Baron Capital Group. Ms. Bates received a B.A. in Organization and Management Studies from Gettysburg College.
