Art Bykov Bio

Mr. Bykov is a Vice President in the Portfolio Operations group primarily focused on the FS Energy and Power Fund. Prior to joining EIG in 2019, he was a member of the Treasury team at Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority where he was responsible for liquidity, long term capital planning, investments and hedging. Prior to that, Mr. Bykov spent 10 years at American Capital, Ltd as a manager in Debt Capital Markets group where he was part of the team structuring and managing debt facilities, Senior Floating Rate Loans SPVs, securitizations and CLOs. He received his B.S. in Finance from George Mason University and an MBA from Shenandoah University.
