Eric Samuels Brusse Bio

Eric joined Egeria’s legal and tax affairs department in 2005. Prior to joining Egeria, Eric worked at Deloitte’s in Amsterdam as a tax lawyer serving both national and international clients. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Corporate Law from the University in Utrecht and a post doctorate degree in Tax Law from the University of Tilburg. During his working career Eric has enrolled in a wide number of training courses in the areas of law, tax and corporate finance. In amongst other things, He is involved in fundraising, fund and deal structuring, regulations and transactions for all investments areas, including Private Equity and Real Estate.
