George Dorsey Bio

George Dorsey has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Edgewood Holdings LLC commencing with his founding the activity in 2001. Prior to the formation of Edgewood, Mr. Dorsey served in management roles at Merrill Lynch, Pechiney Ugine Kuhlmann, Associated Metals and Minerals, Aquila Energy, Duke Energy, and other firms active worldwide in chemicals, energy, minerals, and metals. Mr. Dorsey received a BA degree with Honors from the University of Vermont, thereafter he studied China in the Asian Studies Masters program at the University of Kansas, and has participated in Harvard Business School executive courses.
