Ms. Termini is a Senior Managing Director and Controller at ECP. She is also a member of the Compliance Committee. Her responsibilities include various aspects of the fund, management company and general partner accounting along with human resources and treasury management. Prior to joining ECP in 2006, Ms. Termini worked at Clifford Chance US LLP. Ms. Termini received a B.S. in International Business from The College of New Jersey (also known as “Trenton State College”).
