Francisco Garcia Bio

Frank has more than twenty-five years experience as a principal investor and investment banker. Prior to joining Easton in 2000, he was the head of Corporate Finance at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC, a large funds management and private equity firm. Previously, he ran Neptune Management Company (a manager of funds and accounts investing in special situations and distressed securities); was a senior executive in a distressed securities investment vehicle and served as a Vice President in Corporate Finance at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and was an attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell. Frank currently serves on the Boards of Archibald, Autonet, Gentis and TransMolecular, and is a Board observer of CardioMEMS. Frank received a JD degree from Harvard Law School and an AB degree from Harvard College.
