Jade Culbertson Bio

Jade serves as co-founder and CGO of ripKurrent, LLC, bringing with him over 25 years of business management and systems engineering experience. Jade’s expertise is in sales, management, technical design and services of applied HVAC, refrigeration, and renewable energy systems in a wide range of vertical markets including: commercial, retail, healthcare, education, hospitality and industrial. Most recently, Jade led the commercial air conditioning group for Panasonic in the U.S. Prior to Panasonic, he served as North American Business Leader for Guntner U.S. Additionally, Jade has held management and sales positions at United Technologies’ subsidiary Carrier Corporation and the Trane Company. Jade holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Evansville and a BS in Management from Tusculum College.
