Lennart Paap Bio

Lennart joined Duke Street in 2018 from Vision Capital, where he worked on buyouts across industrials, chemicals and consumer with a focus on the DACH region, and responsibilities for United Initiators, ABL-Technic, Swisshaus, US Fitness and UFC Gyms. Prior to that, Lennart was a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and worked in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, Alegro Capital and Morgan Stanley. He advised on multiple M&A, capital raising and strategy projects in various sectors across Western Europe and in the US. Since joining us, he has played a key role in Duke Street's investment in COMPO where he sits on the board of directors. Lennart holds an LLB from The London School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD.
