Michelle Cummings Bio

Michelle Cummings has been working with Dubin Clark since 2008. She is responsible for all accounting, audit, tax, portfolio valuation, financial reporting and investor reporting, as well as the implementation, maintenance and compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures. Michelle also works closely with the partner/deal teams, portfolio management, and legal/diligence advisors to support the successful close of transactions and applicable post close activities. Michelle spent twenty years in public accounting, including as Managing Director at Grill & Partners in Fairfield, CT, where she led and built a successful accounting and auditing practice, prepared all levels of individual and business tax returns, and provided Controller and CFO support services to closely held businesses. Prior to Grill & Partners, Michelle served as an Auditor with KPMG. Michelle received a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University.
