Michael Hompesch Bio

Michael Hompesch joined Dubin Clark in 2007 and has completed more than fifty-five middle market transactions. Michael currently serves on the boards of directors of CastleWorks, SmartSource, United Safety & Survivability Corporation (USSC), Super Heat & Air, Ecosystems, and PEAK Event Services. Prior to Dubin Clark, Michael was a member of the General Electric Financial Management Program in Commercial Finance, where he spent time working in aviation finance, equipment finance, investor relations, and sponsor finance. Michael received a B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, with a focus in finance from American University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Graduate School of Business, and is a CFA charterholder. Outside of the office, Mike enjoys playing golf, reading, and traveling.
