James Wu Bio

Prior to joining Dubilier & Co., James Wu founded a quantitative hedge fund, LAB Econometrics, with economist James Medoff. Mr. Wu is the founder of Revbox, which was one of the first companies to sell extended service contracts online. He also worked for the private equity fund McCown De Leeuw and Morgan Stanley. With Dubilier & Co., Mr. Wu has over twenty years of investing and operating experience. Mr. Wu taught undergraduate statistics and was a frequent guest lecturer at the Harvard Department of Economics, where he received the Danforth Award for Excellence in Teaching. Mr. Wu graduated Phi Beta Kappa with A.B. and M.B.A. degrees from Harvard.
