Ara is a seasoned enterprise software CEO. He has led multiple enterprise software businesses into category leaders and delivered successful exits. In January 2020, as CEO of Systech International, a pharma supply chain security leader, Ara led the merger of Systech into Dover Corp (NYSE: DOV). A few years earlier, after founding & building Certpoint System into a Learning Tech leader, Ara engineered the merger of CertPoint Systems into Infor. Subsequently, as Infor SVP & GM, he led Infor’s global ERP statutory compliance business across 91 global markets serving over 150,000 enterprise customers. Ara is presently CEO of Netstock, a leading supply chain planning software multinational. Netstock provides a predictive planning solution including ML based forecasting, inventory optimization, S&OP to align future demand with predictive supply. He is also a board member of MvVoArt, a platform for discovering new artists. Ara also Chairs the board of advisors of CUNY’s School of Professional Studies. He is a lifelong learner with a passion for neurosciences, and the recipient of US Patent 6347943 for a system and method for creating individualized courses of instruction for e-learning.
