Zaheed Mawani Bio

Zaheed Mawani has a strong track-record with nearly 30 years of progressive and varied finance and operational experience across a variety of industries within multi-national public companies. Before joining DRI, Mr. Mawani served as Vice President, Global Control & Compliance at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Inc. where he led the Global Control organization across Canada, US, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions including oversight of the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program. Prior to that , Mr. Mawani held a senior finance leadership role at Advance Auto Parts, a prominent aftermarket auto parts retailer based in Raleigh, NC. He also spent 18 years with Best Buy Co., Inc., a global retailer based in Minneapolis, working across the company’s Canadian, European, and American operations. Mr. Mawani is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA).
