Tony joined Downing in July 2021 as Head of Development, leading the development of a best-in-class investment pipeline of wind, solar and battery storage assets. Prior to joining Downing, Tony held senior management roles within ScottishPower, where he led the development of their New Technology pipeline and also led the delivery of their onshore construction portfolio.
