Shruti joined Downing in January 2017 as Senior HR Manager bringing over 10 years' experience in HR in financial services, investment management, insurance and fintech to the role. She holds a BSc in Business Management from Brunel University as well as a MA in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan university.
