Oliver joined Downing in July 2019. He is responsible for data and reporting across the Infrastructure Asset Management team, specialising in Power BI. Prior to joining Downing, Oliver was a Portfolio Associate within the Infrastructure team at Foresight Group. Oliver holds a BSc in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics from the University of Warwick.
