Gareth joined the Downing Renewable Energy Project Development Business as Head of Land in the Energy & Infrastructure team in November 2021. Gareth has an agricultural background and strong understanding of the rural industry. He has previously acted on behalf of private landowners on a range of land issues and opportunities as well as managing and advising on land for projects as part of large utility companies in both the water and renewable energy sectors.
