Heath Kerr Bio

Heath joined Direct Capital in 2013. He has more than 25 years' experience in investment banking and private equity in both New Zeand and Australia. Heath is currently a director of Beca Group, Mondiale VGL Group, and Hiway Group. Heath previously served on the boards of Caci Group, Marvel Packers, Exact Radiology, Hiway Stabilizers and Transaction Services Group. Prior to his role at Direct Capital, Heath was a partner at Greenstone Partners in Sydney, and he also worked at Credit Suisse / First NZ Capital and PwC in New Zealand.
