Peter Schreiber Bio

Mr. Schreiber has over 20 years of experience in leveraged buyouts and mergers and acquisitions. As a partner of DS&P, he has been an active board member of several DS&P portfolio companies. His experience includes identifying, structuring and financing acquisitions for DS&P as well as advising portfolio company management teams in developing strategic plans, acquisitions and divestitures. He has been active in a number of industries, including manufacturing, transportation and energy. Mr. Schreiber is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a B.S. degree in Finance.
