Roger Bailey Bio

Roger joined Desco Corporation in 1995 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing extensive financial experience and the knowledge of MIS Systems and software. Since that time he has led numerous acquisition efforts. Roger has international experience, working in Paris, France as Plant Controller, Manager of Financial Services, Europe and Director of Treasury Operations. Prior to Desco, Roger served as the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for Asten Group in Charleston, South Carolina. Roger graduated from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas with a B.B.A. in Business Management. He received an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University located in Bloomington, Indiana. Roger attended Carnegie Mellon University Graduate School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he earned an M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering while working with PPG Industries.
