Zhen Zeng Bio

Zhen Zeng, Ph.D., is a Director, Biostatistics, on the Therapeutics team and joined the Firm in 2021. Prior to Deerfield, Dr. Zeng spent over two years as Vice President of Biotechnology Equity Research at Morgan Stanley. Before Morgan Stanley, he worked as a Senior Scientist at Merck for more than three years. Dr. Zeng holds a B.E. in Bioengineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, an M.S. in Human Genetics from the University of Pittsburgh and a Ph.D. in Biostatistics from the University of Pittsburgh.
