David Clark Bio

David Clark is a Partner and General Counsel, and joined the Firm in 2009. Mr. Clark has more than thirty years of experience as a lawyer and business executive. Prior to Deerfield, Mr. Clark spent ten years as a transactional lawyer with Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson, where he led the firm’s pharmaceutical practice. Previously, he was with United Dominion Industries, a diversified manufacturing company, where he served as a legal, corporate development, and international operations officer. Mr. Clark holds an A.B. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin.
