Stacey Sayetta Bio

Stacey joined Declaration in 2024 as a Partner and General Counsel. Most recently, Stacey was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Emerald Holding, Inc., a publicly traded producer and operator of trade shows, conferences, and live events throughout the U.S. Prior to Emerald, Stacey served as the Assistant General Counsel and a member of Trian Fund Management L.P.’s Investment Team for over ten years. Earlier in her career Stacey was the first in-house lawyer at Fortress Investment Group LLC where she focused primarily on private equity. Stacey began her career as a Corporate Associate at Willkie, Farr & Gallagher. Stacey earned a B.S. from Cornell University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking and playing tennis.
