Mark Warren Bio

Mark Warren is the founder and former President & CEO of Pethealth Inc. formed in 1998. Under his leadership, Pethealth became the leading aggregator of new pet and pet owner data, the largest provider of cloud-based software to the companion animal industry, one of the largest providers of pet insurance in the US, UK & Canada and the world’s largest provider of companion animal microchip technology. He is also a former CEO of Hambros Canada Inc. and former Executive Director of Hambros Bank Limited. Mark holds a B.A. (Hon) from University College, University of Toronto and a M.Sc. (Econ) from the London School of Economics. He is the father of two grown sons and as empty nesters, he and his wife Sue share their home with two dogs.
