Allison is a hands-on, forward-thinking Executive Human Resources Leader with deep strategic and operational experience serving lower middle market organizations across a variety of industries. Allison currently serves as the HR Portfolio Director at D'Orazio Holdings, responsible for building HR operational capacity in service of the D'Orazio portfolio of direct equity investments. Allison has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
