Maxime Chehirlian Bio

Maxime joined Cube in October 2021 and is Head of Legal. Prior to joining Cube, Maxime worked for more than 4.5 years in the alternative investment fund department of a major Luxembourg law firm. Maxime has experience in assisting clients which focus is mainly on the implementation of and the ongoing assistance to alternative investment structures and alternative investment fund managers. His practice experience also includes advising local and international clients on all aspects of the alternative investment fund legal environment, in particular the setup of alternative investment fund, the relationship with the CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) and the negotiation with various actors of the alternative investment fund industry such as service providers or investors. Maxime holds a specialized master in international and comparative business law from the University Lyon 3 Jean-Moulin and passed his bar exam in Luxembourg.
