Ambroise Bayen Bio

Ambroise is an Investment Director within the Transport & Environment team. He joined Cube in 2017 as an Analyst. Ambroise has over 8 years of experience in investment, asset management, divestment and financing in the European Infrastructure space. Since 2017, Ambroise has been working on Cube’s flagship brownfield funds Cube I, II and III in the Transport and Environment team. He was notably involved in the development of Cube’s Public Transport and Environment platform in France and the Nordics. Ambroise is currently a Supervisory Board member of CFTR and Sepur. Prior to joining Cube, Ambroise began his career in Paris as part of the Lazard Sovereign Advisory team in 2015, where he was involved in the execution of various infrastructure advisory and major restructuring mandates, notably in the transportation sector. Ambroise is a graduate of ESSEC Business School in Paris, with a specialization in Corporate Finance.
