Mark Michaels Bio

Mark brings more than 20 years of investing and operational experience to Crossroads Capital. Prior to founding Crossroads Capital, Mark was a founding partner at Opus Capital, where he led the development of the applied technology investing strategy. His investing experience also includes serving as Managing Director with Willis Stein & Partners and as a Principal and Operating Partner with DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. In this capacity he led successful investments and operational transformation efforts in numerous businesses. Mark was also a consultant with McKinsey & Company where he was a leader in the firm's Operations & Reengineering Practice. At McKinsey Mark led initiatives at some of the world's most respected companies where, by applying technology to business processes, he generated dramatic improvements in profitability. Mark holds a BA from DePauw University and an MBA from Stanford University.
