Ethan Rice Bio

Ethan Rice is a Director of CrossHabor Capital Partners LLC and is responsible for private capital formation focusing on high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and RIA’s. Prior to joining CrossHarbor, for 8 years Mr. Rice was a Managing Director at Waypoint Residential in Boca Raton, FL focusing on private capital syndication from High-Net-Worth Individuals and Family Offices. Mr. Rice began his career in real estate as a leasing broker at Cushman & Wakefield in Boston. Following Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Rice was a Vice President at The Staubach Company and JLL in New York City. While at JLL, Mr. Rice focused primarily on Tenant Representation of boutique financial institutions and AmLaw 100 law firms. Mr. Rice received a BA in History from Trinity College.
