Adam Sergi Bio

Adam Sergi is the Director of Finance at CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC. He is responsible for fund and deal structuring, asset capitalization, budgeting, accounting, finance, tax, and reporting. Prior to joining CrossHarbor, Adam was at Ernst & Young for 7 years, most recently as a Global Compliance and Reporting Tax Manager in the Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction practice. In that role, Adam was responsible for managing various compliance and advisory engagements for a wide variety of public and private commercial, industrial, and residential real estate clients, including CrossHarbor. Adam received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
