Ricardo Perez Bio

Ricardo is a Managing Director at Cross Rapids. He joined Cross Rapids in January 2021 as a Principal. Prior to joining Cross Rapids, from 2018 to 2020, he was a Vice President at Bayside Capital, which is H.I.G.’s special situations affiliate. Prior to joining Bayside Capital, from 2015 to 2018, Ricardo was an Associate at Centerbridge Partners, where he focused on private equity and special situations across a variety of industries. Ricardo began his career in the Natural Resources Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs. Ricardo graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
