Mike Rude Bio

Mike Rude is an Operating Partner with Cressey & Company. He has over 35 years of global human resources experience within the healthcare industry. Prior to joining the Cressey team, Mike served as Chief Human Resources Officer at several private and public companies, including Option Care Health, the nation’s largest independent provider of home and alternate site infusion services, Catamaran Corporation, a national PBM acquired by OptumRx, and Stryker Corporation, a leading global medical technology company. He has also served in HR leadership roles at Boston Scientific, IMS Health, and Baxter International, and as an Executive Partner at Gartner, advising HR leaders across the healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, food services, federal and state government, and professional services industries. Mike earned a BA in Speech Communications and a MA in Organizational Communications from the University of Illinois.
